PurchaseKorea operates as a proxy shopping and shipping service. Due to the nature of our business model, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Quality Issues, Damaged Goods, Authenticity Issues, and Post-Sale Assistance
Minor Issues
Since your items are coming from Korea and traveling a long way, small imperfections (like tiny dents or light creases) can happen. We work closely with our shipping partners to make sure everything arrives just as we received it—but we can't offer refunds for minor issues like these. Thanks for understanding, and please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Major Issues
PurchaseKorea will only be able to support with any issues if insurance was added at the time of purchase. Please request to add insurance to your Custom Order request so our team can do so accordingly.
If your item arrives with a serious defect, shoot us an email at Contact@PurchaseKorea.com. We'll review it case-by-case and do our best to help.
We may ask for proof, like unboxing videos or clear photos, to help us talk with the vendor. Having this ready makes the process smoother for everyone.
Secondary Market
PurchaseKorea is not responsible and will not be providing any form of compensation, refund, or exchanges if the products purchased via a Secondary Market (ex. Bunjang, Joongonara, Yes24, etc).
We will under no circumstances be able to provide support (Refund, Exchange) if we are contacted 1 week after the order has been delivered to your provided address.
Authenticity Issues
PurchaseKorea in no way is responsible for any authenticity issues.
Our team will be purchasing directly from the links provided by you (or confirmed by you).
No refunds, exchanges, or compensation will be provided for any authenticity issues. We are purchasing from the link you have provided or confirmed.
Post-Sale Assistance
If you need post-sale assistance (ex., Manufacturer's Warranty), it must be claimed directly with the vendor. We will attempt to help as needed (Service Fees from our end may incur). Please reach out to Contact@PurchaseKorea.com for assistance.
